Importance of niyyah in Islam

Niyyah(intention) is an Islamic term, It is also known as niyyat.

In Islam, acts are judged by what we meant to accomplish through them (إِنَّمَا الْأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّاتِ)

If you are going to do any work with good niya(intention) then you will earn reward from Allah. But if you have any bad niyyah then you will commit sin. so A Muslim should always do good intention (niyyah) to please Allah and get reward from Allah. A Muslim is supposed to do good works with good niyyah (intention). A Muslim should never do niyah to harm anyone, A Muslim should should never do any niyyah to generate Hasad (jealousy), keena (malice), takabbur (Arrogance) and Bughz (hatred) inside the heart. A Muslim should never do niyyah to slander anyone nor harm to anyone. You intention should be always good to bring good outcomes.
